Booking

Your registration will be confirmed on receipt of a deposit of 25% of the course fee.

The balance is to be paid at the beginning of the course.

In the event of withdrawal from your side

All requests for cancellation must be made by e-mail or post no later than 45 days before the start of the course. The deposit will be refunded after a 10% administration fee.

In the event of cancellation after the 45th day before the start of the course, the deposit will be retained, except in the case of cancellation for a major reason (illness, hospitalisation, confirmed by a medical certificate). In this case, the deposit will be refunded after deduction of 10% of the amount for administration costs, regardless of the date of cancellation.

Substitution

You can, of course, leave your place with another person so as not to lose your deposit. It is then up to you to find this person and make the necessary arrangements.

In the event of cancellation from our side

If the number of participants is insufficient, the course will be cancelled and the booking funds will be returned to you. We reserve the right to cancel the course if there are not enough participants or for any other reason. We recommend that you take refundable train or plane tickets, as well as overnight accommodation.

Prices

The prices shown are the final prices to be paid. As the company is not subject to VAT, it displays its final prices.

External financing

As we are not an accredited training organisation, prices are ‘self-financed’. No CPF funding. Not covered by professional training.

Age

The courses and discoveries are aimed at young people and adults. They are not suited for children.

Liability

The workshop accepts no liability for accidents, damage or lost property, except in the case of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
